A few weeks ago the oh-so nice folks at Sun Basket asked if I would like to try a few of their meals and then tell you all what I thought. I took at look at their menu and what they do: organic and non-GMO ingredients for delicious recipes, delivered weekly, with gluten-free, Paleo, and vegetarian options—and, I’ve gotta say, that was a pretty easy YES! Their menu changes every week, so there’s aways something new and fresh to choose from, and generally speaking, all the meals look to be very healthy. Mine certainly were. I tried the Burmese Chicken Aloo with Japanese Sweet Potato, Tacos with Lime Roasted Cauliflower and Black Beans, and the Shrimp and Pineapple Stir Fry with Bhutan Red Rice. All were excellent, with the tacos being my favorite—I’m kind of a sucker for creative uses of cauliflower right now.
